Instead of paying the full project price, approved partners pay a reduced upfront amount and Already Game Services earns an agreed share of the game's future revenue. The exact split depends on project cost and risk, and everything is documented before development begins.

How It Works
From application to shared revenue.
1. Apply & Review
Submit your project and select Studio Partnership. We review your concept, scope, and potential individually, so approval is not guaranteed.
2. Written Agreement
If approved, we agree on the reduced upfront payment, revenue share, ownership, duration, and buyout terms in writing before any work begins.
3. Full Development
We build your game with the same production quality as any full-price package. Milestones and progress updates keep you in the loop.
4. Launch & Share
After launch, revenue is shared according to the agreed split. Transparent reporting so you always know exactly where things stand.
