Terms of Service & Project Rules
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These rules explain how Already Game Services handles project applications, payments, development, revisions, cancellations, ownership, and delivery. By submitting a project, approving a quote, paying an invoice, or allowing work to begin, the Client agrees to these rules and the project's written scope.
Already Game Services is an independent Roblox development studio. We are not Roblox Corporation and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox.
1. Who Can Order
- Clients must be at least 18 years old.
- Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian approve the project, accept the rules, and handle the payments.
- If a Client represents a company, group, or studio, they must have permission to make decisions and approve payments for it.
- Already Game Services may refuse any project or Client.
2. Project Applications
- Submitting an application is free and does not guarantee acceptance.
- Website prices are starting prices, not guaranteed final prices.
- The final price depends on the game's features, map size, systems, assets, team, deadline, and overall amount of work.
- No project begins until Already Game Services approves it, the Client approves the written scope and price, and the required first payment is received.
- Already Game Services does not guarantee that a development team will be available until the project is officially accepted.
3. Project Scope
Every accepted project will have a written project scope explaining: what Already Game Services will create; what is not included; the total price and payment schedule; expected milestones and timeline; included revisions; what the Client must provide; and what files or ownership will be delivered.
Only work listed in the approved scope is included. Ideas mentioned in messages, calls, references, or examples are not included unless they are added to the written scope.
If the Client requests new systems, redesigns, extra maps, more content, or other work outside the approved scope, Already Game Services may charge an additional fee and extend the deadline. Extra work will not begin until the Client approves the updated price.
4. Payments
- Payments are normally divided into a starting deposit and development milestones.
- The exact payment schedule will be shown before the Client pays.
- A payment must fully clear before the related work begins or final files are delivered.
- The Client is responsible for payment-processing, conversion, platform, or transfer fees unless Already Game Services agrees otherwise.
- Robux payments are accepted only when Already Game Services approves them in writing. The required Robux amount must account for Roblox fees and any pending period.
- Already Game Services may pause development when a payment is late.
- Final files, editable files, ownership, and production access may be held until the project is fully paid.
5. Refund and Cancellation Rules
Before work begins: If the Client cancels before any project work begins, the payment may be refunded minus payment-processing or transfer fees that Already Game Services cannot recover.
After work begins: Once work begins, the deposit and any payment connected to that work are non-refundable.
Work begins when Already Game Services or an assigned developer performs any project planning, team scheduling, research, setup, design, building, modeling, scripting, UI work, animation, VFX, testing, purchasing, or other project-specific work. If the Client cancels after work begins:
- payments for started or completed work will not be refunded;
- completed milestones remain fully payable;
- the Client must cover approved contractor commitments and project purchases;
- any remaining balance for completed work becomes due;
- future unstarted work will be cancelled; and
- paid work may be delivered in its current state after all amounts owed are paid.
6. Client Communication
- The Client must provide clear requirements, references, access, feedback, and approvals.
- One person should be chosen as the main decision-maker for the project.
- Feedback should be sent as one organized list whenever possible.
- The Client is responsible for checking the agreed project communication channel.
- Developers assigned by Already Game Services cannot change prices, scope, ownership, or deadlines unless Already Game Services confirms the change.
- If the Client does not respond for 14 days, Already Game Services may pause the project. If the Client does not respond for 30 days after being contacted, the project may be treated as cancelled by the Client under the cancellation rules above.
7. Deadlines and Delays
- Timelines are estimates unless Already Game Services specifically guarantees a deadline in writing.
- Delays caused by missing feedback, late payments, missing access, scope changes, Roblox outages, or third-party services will extend the timeline.
- If the Client causes a delay, the project may need to be rescheduled around other projects and developer availability.
- Already Game Services will communicate important delays and provide an updated estimate when possible.
8. Milestone Approvals
The Client must review each milestone and either approve it or provide a clear list of issues that do not match the written scope.
Unless another period is agreed upon, the Client has five business days to review a milestone. If the Client does not respond after a reminder and two additional business days, the milestone may be treated as approved.
Once a milestone is approved, the Client cannot later request a free replacement or complete redesign of that approved work. New direction after approval may require an additional payment.
9. Revisions
- Each project includes only the number of revision rounds listed in the scope.
- A revision is a reasonable adjustment to work already included in the scope.
- New features, full redesigns, new art directions, replacement of approved work, and additional content are not revisions.
- Revision requests must be clear and related to the approved scope.
- Additional revision rounds may be purchased.
- Unused revisions have no cash value and do not transfer to another project.
10. Client Materials and Accounts
- The Client must own or have permission to use every logo, name, image, sound, model, script, idea, brand, and other asset they provide.
- Already Game Services may refuse or remove stolen, unlicensed, unsafe, or inappropriate content.
- The Client is responsible for backing up materials and existing project files before development begins.
- The Client must keep their Roblox and other accounts secure.
- Already Game Services will never ask for a Roblox password, browser cookie, session token, authentication code, or recovery code.
- Clients should grant proper Roblox group, place, Team Create, repository, or project permissions instead of sharing login information.
11. Ownership and Files
Unless the Client asks for confidentiality before public release, Already Game Services may show public screenshots, videos, links, and a basic description of completed public work in its portfolio and social media. Private analytics, unreleased files, passwords, and private payment details will not be shared.
- The Client keeps ownership of materials they provided.
- Already Game Services keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable systems, templates, workflows, code libraries, and development methods.
- Once the project is fully paid, the Client receives the rights and files specifically promised in the written scope.
- Drafts, rejected ideas, unused concepts, internal files, and unpaid work are not included unless the scope says otherwise.
- No custom project ownership transfers until all required payments clear.
- Third-party assets, plugins, fonts, audio, open-source code, and other licensed materials remain subject to their original licenses.
- Anything uploaded to Roblox remains subject to Roblox's rules and platform rights.
12. Developers and Contractors
- Already Game Services may assign different developers based on the project's needs and availability.
- Not every developer works on every project.
- Team members may be replaced if availability, quality, performance, or project needs change.
- Clients may not privately hire, pay, or negotiate with an assigned developer about the project without Already Game Services' permission.
- Clients may not attempt to bypass Already Game Services and move the same project directly to a developer introduced through the studio.
13. Bug Fixes and Support
Unless the project scope says otherwise, Already Game Services provides a 14-day bug-fix period after final delivery. During this period, Already Game Services will fix reproducible problems that cause the delivered work not to match the written scope. The Client must explain the issue and provide reasonable steps for reproducing it.
The bug-fix period does not include:
- new features or content;
- preference changes;
- changes made by the Client or another developer;
- problems caused by Roblox updates or third-party services;
- unsupported devices or setups not included in the scope;
- stolen or unauthorized Client assets; or
- ongoing updates, maintenance, marketing, moderation, or live operations.
14. Roblox and Game Performance
- Already Game Services cannot guarantee that Roblox will approve, feature, host, monetize, or continue supporting a game or asset.
- Already Game Services cannot guarantee visits, concurrent players, retention, revenue, profit, engagement, virality, or commercial success.
- Roblox may change its rules, fees, algorithms, moderation, DevEx requirements, or technical systems.
- The Client is responsible for the released game's moderation, monetization, advertising, player support, privacy, and continued compliance unless the scope says Already Game Services will handle a specific task.
15. Prohibited Projects
Already Game Services will not knowingly create or support:
- stolen or infringing games, code, art, music, brands, or assets;
- scams, fake transactions, artificial engagement, or botting;
- credential theft, malware, phishing, account theft, or exploit distribution;
- unlawful gambling or prohibited financial schemes;
- content that exploits or endangers minors;
- content that seriously violates Roblox rules; or
- anything illegal or unreasonably dangerous.
16. Studio Partnerships and Revenue Share
Submitting a Studio Partnership application does not guarantee acceptance or create a revenue-share agreement.
Any reduced upfront price, ownership percentage, revenue share, marketing responsibility, buyout option, or long-term partnership must be agreed upon separately in writing before it becomes active.
If no separate partnership agreement exists, the project is treated as a normal paid development project and neither side receives future revenue or ownership beyond what is listed in the project scope.
17. Removal From a Project
Already Game Services may pause or end a project if the Client:
- does not pay on time;
- repeatedly ignores requests or stops communicating;
- becomes abusive, threatening, or dishonest;
- provides stolen or illegal materials;
- requests work that violates Roblox rules;
- attempts to bypass Already Game Services and privately hire its developers;
- repeatedly changes the scope without approving additional costs; or
- breaks these project rules.
18. Privacy
Already Game Services will use the information a Client provides to review applications, communicate about projects, collect payments, organize development, and deliver work.
Clients should not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card information, government identification, or unnecessary personal information through project chats or forms.
The public website may identify the business only as Already Game Services and provide a business contact email. The legal name used for a specific paid project may be shown privately on its invoice or project agreement instead of being displayed publicly.
19. Changes to These Rules
Already Game Services may update these rules for future projects. Changes will not replace the written price, scope, ownership, or payment terms of a project that was already accepted unless both sides approve the change.
The version accepted when a project begins will apply to that project.

Required Acceptance
Before submitting a paid project, the Client must confirm:
"I have read and agree to the Already Game Services Terms of Service & Project Rules. I understand that website prices are starting prices, every accepted project has a written scope and final price, and no development begins until the required payment is received."
Before paying a deposit or milestone, the Client must also confirm:
"I understand that the deposit and each milestone payment become non-refundable once the related project work begins. If I cancel after work begins, I will not receive a refund for started or completed work, committed contractor costs, purchased project materials, or reserved development time."
